  • Complete all tasks and deliverables on time while ensuring quality
  • Document vendor and/or project business impact analysis
  • Log current status of vendors progressing through the information security review process
  • Process vendor management and project initiation forms (scanning, filing, logging)
  • Track audit measures and vulnerability mitigation through to completion and ensure proper documentation
  • Support internal and external audits for information security
  • Assist in the quarterly new hire information security awareness training, ongoing awareness campaigns and the upcoming FY18 all employee training
  • Produce regular SLA and Information Security reporting
  • Complete various project documentation as requested per the standard Porsche Procedure Model
  • Responsible for the proper usage, awareness, and compliance of Porsche policies and procedures



  • Minimum of a Junior in college working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Technology, MIS, or Computer Science; or the equivalent education, certification or relevant experience


  • Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications including Project and Visio
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability to work independentl
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skill
  • Technical Knowledge – overall understanding of applied information technology
  • Experienced in building relations and capable business acume
  • Critical thinking and ability to interrogate results
  • Information security industry best practice
  • Available to work Monday - Friday up to 40 hours a week - Six Month Commitment
  • Ability to work overtime as required (Department specific)

  • Understanding of information security standards (i.e. ISO2700x)
  • Experience within an organization’s information security department

This position is supporting the IT department with various processes and requirements within Information Security. The intern will work across PCNA’s IT teams to assist with project tasks. He or she will be responsible for logging vendor status while ensuring that all timelines are met.
