The Team

Demisto is a leading Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR) platform that helps security teams accelerate incident response, standardize and scale processes, and learn from each incident while working together.
We are looking for a Customer Support Engineer to join Demisto Tel Aviv team. As a team we take great pride in our innovative product and value our worldwide customers. Customer support team is professional, energetic and minds self-learning, knowledge sharing and uncompromising service standards. We master many tasks and we love this!

Your Impact

If you are highly motivated and customer-oriented professional, you will feel right in place.
This position serves our customer base by providing technical support, managing escalations, answering incoming technical inquiries, phone calls, and emails in an effective, efficient, and friendly manner within defined service level agreements.

Your Experience

  • 1-3 years working/developing and maintaining scripts in Python or JavaScript
  • 1+ years working with security products
  • 1+ years as Linux system administration and troubleshooting experience
  • Highly developed problem solving and analytical skills, judgment, logic, resourcefulness and creativity
  • Familiarity with different products, processes and ecosystems
