The candidate will support the economic forecasting and analysis provided to clients by the US Regional Economic Service. He or she will monitor the economic activity in a region (assigned states and metro areas), contributing written and data analysis.
General Job Duties:
  • Responsible for the states and metros of one or more regions within the U.S. macroeconomic forecast.
  • Assist in analyzing and reporting on monthly, quarterly, and annual economic data and local market developments.
  • Assist with producing state and metro quarterly forecasts for those regions.
  • Support the production of publications and web-based informational pieces.
